Bouncing Back is a resilience building programme. It provides group discussion, practical tools and coping skills which enable young people to manage their day-to-day emotional wellbeing.
It supports the mental health and wellbeing of OOMOO Members, helping you to understand:
• the feelings your’re experiencing (both good and bad)
• how you got to those feelings
• things you can change to make your feelings more positive
We’re running this programme over 2 weeks at the Bloom Building.
